Solarcrown Commercial in partnership with the Re:allies framework deliver LED Lighting solutions specifically aimed to suit the needs of social landlords.
Aggregating volume from the framework ensures best value and allows extended knowledge transfer to framework members. Training packages are provided and guidance is available at every stage from inception to completion.
We are currently working with a number of landlords on various lighting schemes nationwide.
These schemes include full refurbishments, kitchen refurbishments, bathroom refurbishments or simple external lighting upgrades.
Projects include:
Wigan and Leigh Bathroom Scheme
Consisting of 24,000 bathrooms in total. They are 2½ years into a 4 year scheme with 13,000 fittings supplied to date.
Chevin Housing
We have recently completed phase one of a bathroom, kitchen and external lighting upgrade. To date we have supplied 1500 fittings into 500 properties.
Sixtown Housing
1000 property kitchen, bathroom and external lighting refurbishment scheme, 3000 fittings supplied in total.
The typical savings for the tenant are in excess of 50%, for example Wigan and Leigh Housing seen savings of 61% and Chevin Housing 57%.
LED lights are tackling fuel poverty, with the added benefit of reduced maintenance costs, extended lamps life and reduced servicing compared to traditional Luminaires.
