The Eccleston Arms Bar & Grill is an 18th Century public house that has recently undergone a multimillion pound renovation.
We installed energy efficient LED lighting that would aesthetically suit the modern decor furniture and traditional Chandelier fittings to be installed within the property, working to maximise the public spaces and private bedrooms.
Sport Bar, Restaurant and Bedrooms
SCC installed 5W GU10 IP44 LED downlights within the restaurant and bedrooms. These warm white LED downlights are easy to install and offer a modern style fitting suitable for public spaces, while achieving significant energy saving costs for the business.
We also installed colour changing LED strips into the properties restaurant and Sports Bar that can change colour via remote. This offers colour changing LED lighting for various social events.
Food Preparation and Stairways
Food Preparation rooms are fitted with 19W LED Downlights with a round panel design that fits into the ceiling and gives excellent uniformity of light in enclosed kitchen spaces. The stairways are installed with 15W IP20 LED Camborne Decorative Fittings that offer a versatile mounting system that allow mounting to walls and ceilings. Both luminaires maximise light levels within a confined space while providing efficient energy savings.
In-Roof Solar PV System
SCC also installed a 4.5 kWp In-Roof Solar PV System on the secondary roof. By installing a Solar PV System, it offers renewable and cost effective energy that is produced and used on site.
