Lindsey Achieves CMI Qualification with SCC Support

We’re proud to share that our Office Manager, Lindsey, has recently completed a CMI Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management, a nationally recognised accreditation that strengthens both her professional development and our ability to support our clients.

Over the course of her time at Solarcrown, Lindsey has actively sought out opportunities to grow. After exploring several learning options, she identified the CMI programme as the ideal fit, offering a structured path to formalise and deepen her leadership and management skills.

We actively encourage team development and supported Lindsey throughout the process, covering the full cost of the course and allocating study time to help her complete the programme successfully.

The qualification covered core areas including:

  • Managing daily activities and priorities

  • Leading individuals and teams

  • Communication and conflict management

  • Developing knowledge, skills and performance
