Electrical Installation Manager (Commercial Solar)
Based Manchester/Liverpool
£45,000 – £55,000 + Van + Training + Progression
Are you a fully qualified electrician from a commercial solar background with previous people management / leadership experience?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established renewable energy specialist, working within the commercial solar and intelligent lighting sector. You will be leading the electrical installation and compliance element of the business.
We design, supply, install and maintain commercial Solar PV systems & intelligent lighting solutions to clients across the UK. We are fully accredited and have an enviable pedigree within the industry.
In this role, you will have a hands-on approach, leading a small team installing and maintaining commercial solar and lighting projects for a group of blue-chip clients.

The Role:
Electrical Installation Manager, Commercial Solar
Monday – Friday (occasional overnight travel required)
- Carry-out design and pre-start surveys.
- Manage H&S and CDM on site ensuring compliance.
- Organise workforce, materials and equipment on site.
- Act as the principal engineer throughout projects, maintaining strong relationships with clients and the installation team.
The Person:
- Electrical Commercial Solar experience
- People Management / Leadership
- Fully Qualified Electrician, ECS Gold Card, 2391 Test & Inspection
